Teaching and Instruction- Pine Creek Baptist Church believes that the regular careful teaching of and instruction from the Bible is at the heart of every ministry of the church and ought to inform and regulate the life of the church.  Pine Creek Baptist Church is committed to the authority of the Word of God and its place as the rule of teaching and living for the church, its families, and its individual members. 

 

Christian Life Training- CLT is the "Sunday School" program of Pine Creek Baptist Church.  There are programs of study for students from pre-school through adult including the "Foundations" class for those new to the Faith or those interested in learning about the fundamental teachings of the church.

 

Wednesday Prayer Meeting and Bible Study- There are opportunities for prayer and instruction for all ages during the mid-week meeting.

                                

Youth Group- The PCIBC youth group meets on Thursday evenings during the regularly scheduled prayer meeting/Bible study time and includes students in 7th through 12th grades.

 

Pine Cones- Age graded instruction and activities are provided for children age four through the sixth grade during the mid-week meeting.

 

Men's Bible Study- This is a monthly meeting of the men of PCIBC to study a particular passage of Scripture, a particular doctrine in Scripture, or a theological work which gives instruction in the Scriptures.  Presently, Jonathan Edward's work Charity and Its Fruits is the text under consideration.  Men's Bible study currently meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 P.M. in the lower level of the church building.

 

Young Adult Fellowship- YAF is a weekly meeting of young adults for the purpose of study and mutual encouragement.  The group currently meets at Pastor John's residence on Thursday evenings at 7:00 P.M.  

 

Ladies' Prayer Warriors- Ladies' prayer warriors is an opportunity for the ladies of PCIBC to gather for fellowship, but primarily in order to pray for the needs of the church and those associated with it, as well as the needs of the world.  The ladies currently meet on the first Thursday of the month at the Kittanning Dairy Queen.

 

Senior Lunch- This is a gathering of senior citizens for the purpose of fellowship, encouragement and instruction from the Bible and to share a meal prepared and provided by the members of PCIBC.  The lunch is presently held at noon on the third Thursday of each month in the church fellowship hall on the lower level of the church building.
